From a grand buffet in our elegant ballroom to an intimate prix fixe dinner at The Farmer’s Daughter, every detail of your holiday dining experience has been thoughtfully curated by our award-winning culinary team. For those hosting at home, our handcrafted pies from the Holiday Bakeshop bring the taste of The Farm to your own table.

The Normandy Farm Holiday Pie Sale 

Complete your Thanksgiving celebration with one of our freshly baked pies, handcrafted by our pastry team. Our Holiday Pie Sale offers guests the opportunity to pre-order from a selection of classic seasonal flavors, available for pickup on Tuesday, November 25 and Wednesday, November 26. 


Available Flavors: 

  • Salted Caramel Chocolate Pie – Vanilla salted caramel topped with rich dark chocolate ganache. 

  • Bourbon Pecan Pie – Pecan filling finished with a smooth bourbon glaze. 

  • Dutch Apple Pie – Spiced caramel apples topped with a crispy oat streusel. 

  • Spiced Pumpkin Pie – Spiced pumpkin filling in a perfectly flaky crust. 


To ensure that all orders are fulfilled, orders must be placed prior to Saturday 11/22 at 12pm. Let Normandy Farm’s handcrafted pies bring a touch of holiday sweetness to your Thanksgiving table.

The Grand Ballroom Thanksgiving Buffet 

Experience the spirit of Thanksgiving on a grand scale in our historic ballroom. Our lavish buffet features a variety of traditional favorites and chef-inspired specialties, allowing every guest to enjoy their own perfect plate. 


Menu highlights include Bacon & Cauliflower Corn Chowder and a Seasonal Pumpkin Bisque to start, then we invite you to a carving station filled with delights including Roasted Turkey Breast, Glazed Ham, and Baked Salmon. To accompany your Thanksgiving dinner, we’ll be serving sides like candied yams, traditional stuffing, garlic mashed potatoes, and pasta primavera. But it doesn’t stop there, and you will definitely want to save room for dessert. From traditional assorted pies to creme brulee shooters and pear ginger crisp, we have a sweet treat to satisfy every palette.  


Prix Fixe Thanksgiving Dinner at The Farmer’s Daughter 

For a more intimate celebration, The Farmer’s Daughter restaurant will offer a three-course prix fixe menu in a warm and inviting farmhouse setting. Guests will enjoy a carefully composed progression of seasonal dishes that showcase locally sourced ingredients and contemporary culinary flair. 


The chef curated menu starts with Sour Cream & Onion Deviled Eggs and continues to a choice of soup or salad for the first course. For the entree course, you may choose the traditional Carved Turkey or opt for something different like Chilean Sea Bass, Pulled Lamb Leg, or Butternut Squash Gnocchi. Family-style sides will be served to accompany your entrees, to allow that feeling of home this Thanksgiving. 


Much like the cherry on top of a sundae, our pastry Chef created three delectable desserts to choose from, all of them encompassing the traditional flavors of the Thanksgiving holiday. Apple Pie a La Mode, Sweet Potato Pave, and Pumpkin Spice Tiramisu, you won’t be able to decide.
