We are proud to share a meaningful addition to our corporate event and an impact-driven team-building partnership with Today is a Good Day, an organization that provides comfort and support to families navigating the emotional and uncertain journey of the NICU.

Who Is Today is a Good Day?
Today is a Good Day is a remarkable nonprofit dedicated to supporting parents throughout their NICU experience. For many families, the NICU is an unexpected chapter filled with overwhelming emotions, stress, and countless unknowns. The organization provides care packages, education, support groups, and community programs that help families feel connected and supported during some of their most challenging days.
Their mission of providing hope to families experiencing the NICU aligns closely with their vision of “a world where every family who experiences the NICU feels supported throughout their journey.”

A New Kind of Corporate Team Building
As organizations continue seeking ways to strengthen teamwork and create meaningful experiences outside the office, we are thrilled to offer these service-centered team-building options through our partnership with Today is a Good Day.
Participating teams can engage in activities such as:
Assembling NICU Care Packages Thoughtfully curated kits filled with comfort items, resources, and encouraging notes to support families during their hospital stay. You’ll work as a team to assemble these care packages that in return make a big impact on parents experiencing the NICU.
Weaving Bonding Squares These soft, handmade squares are exchanged between a parent and their baby in the NICU to help strengthen bonding through scent. Scent is one of the most developed senses in premature infants. One bonding square can be worn against the parent’s skin, and one can be left with the baby in the isolette. Each day, the squares can be switched so the baby has the parent’s scent and the parent has the baby’s scent. It can be incredibly meaningful to take “a piece” of your baby home with you each day.
Creating NICU Signs Personalized, uplifting signage that brightens a baby’s NICU station and reminds families they are surrounded by kindness and support. This is a creative outlet for you and your team while being able to encourage parents who are experiencing the NICU.
These projects promote teamwork while offering tangible ways to give back. They encourage empathy, engagement, and collaboration by allowing teams to feel more connected not only to each other but also to the wider community.
The Importance of Corporate Responsibility
Corporate responsibility has become an essential element of today’s workplace culture. Employees are increasingly motivated by purpose and seek companies that actively contribute to the well-being of their communities.
Integrating mission-driven activities into corporate events:
Boosts team morale and employee engagement
Strengthens organizational culture
Encourages meaningful collaboration
Offers hands-on opportunities to make a difference
Demonstrates a commitment to compassion and community impact
By working together on a project that supports NICU families, teams build a shared sense of pride and purpose that extends well beyond the event itself.
Bring Purpose to Your Next Event
We’re honored to offer this partnership as part of our expanded corporate team-building menu. Whether you’re coordinating a retreat, hosting a productive day of meetings, or planning a team celebration, these activities bring a powerful layer of purpose and connection to your event.
