Meet Our New Spring Menu - Bursting with Flavor


Warmer weather is finally rolling into Normandy Farm, and we are thrilled to be able to toss the jackets aside, open up the windows, breathe in the clean air and, most importantly, introduce our new, refreshing spring menu to the farmer's daughter restaurant. It’s just bursting with flavor, creativity and fun!

Award-winning Chef Mtele Abubakar (Chef Abu) and his team are excited to announce the latest farm-to-table lineup of lunch munchies, dinner dishes and our famous “pop in on a whim” sip & share happy hour bites. Take a look—or better yet, come and sit with us and let your palate experience springtime.

Luscious Lunch: You deserve to take an extra-long lunch hour to come hang with us at our recently opened outdoor terrace. We’re offering our new avocado tempura, prosciutto flatbread and several mouth-crunching paninis, including turkey brisket, Cuban farm and—get this—our vegan special Three Silos Panini, loaded with garlic hummus, local spinach, grilled tofu and fresh avocado layered on a tomato tortilla. We’re also making a splash as we bring back our seasonal lobster roll—a buttered roll stuffed with five ounces of tender sweet Maine lobster, drizzled in lemon aioli and served with housemade potato salad on the side.

Scrumptious Sip & Share: A happy hour like no other in the area awaits you as you network or just socialize with your friends and coworkers while relaxing in front of our flickering fire wall. Listen to a little music as you toast to friendships, partnerships or just being able to unwind at the end of the day with a signature cocktail paired with a few of our special snacks, including white bean hummus with apricot jalapeno butter, seasonal flatbreads or our hard-to-resist beer-battered onion rings. Delectable Dinner: Date night has never been more delicious. Delve into some of the highlights of our newest dinner entrees, with all meats proudly procured from Pennsylvania. We’re thrilled to introduce our new 14 oz. lamb porterhouse placed atop dandelion greens with chickpeas and mint yogurt sauce. Bring along family and friends to try our mouth-watering short rib mac & cheese, flavor-packed orange pork duo and the Texas tomahawk.

Rich Desserts: Our entire dessert menu is truly legendary, so stick around and plunge into the addition of 20 house-made gelatos and sorbets as you wrap up your Normandy Farm experience the best way we know how. Refreshing, somewhat decadent and packed with flavor, our desserts will leave you wanting to come back to spend (much) more time with us.
