This part is easy! Register online through Eventbrite and fill out a waiver to bring with you the day of the workout. Then show up on your registered day prepared for a tranquil and low impact workout. The workout is free, so it is the perfect time to give Barre3 a try if you are just hearing about them for the first time. Or if you are a regular at Barre 3 this is your opportunity to switch it up and workout in a new environment.
Okay, I’ve registered for my workout but what about brunch?
Brunch is not required but highly encouraged! A healthy lifestyle is all about balance so why not treat yourself to Sunday brunch and a mimosa after the perfect outdoor workout. The Farmer’s Daughter Restaurant is a full buffet filled with choices to fit anyone’s personal preference.
