Gather your family and friends for a traditional Thanksgiving celebration in the Grand Ballroom, where a generous buffet brings together holiday classics, seasonal favorites and a few indulgent surprises. With a wide variety of dishes to explore, everyone can fill their plate with the flavors that make Thanksgiving special.
Guests can enjoy a variety of holiday favorites, including a shrimp cocktail station and carving station featuring Roasted Turkey Breast, New York Strip and Honey-Glazed Ham. Additional highlights include Lemon Crab and Shrimp Linguine, Baked Salmon with Cranberry Bourbon Glaze, and traditional Thanksgiving sides like Stuffing, Candied Yams and Garlic Mashed Potatoes. For those who prefer a more intimate dining experience, The Farmer’s Daughter offers a Thanksgiving dinner that brings the warmth of the holiday to the table with thoughtfully prepared dishes and seasonal ingredients. Rooted in our approach to modern farm cooking, this special menu pairs familiar Thanksgiving flavors with elevated culinary touches.
The meal begins with a cheese board for the table, followed by seasonal soups and fresh salads, including a Roasted Pumpkin Salad with poached cherries, walnuts and apple cider vinaigrette. For the main course, guests can choose from the holiday’s traditional Carved Turkey with sage gravy or other indulgent chef curations like New York Strip with peppercorn demi-glace or Carved Leg of Lamb with mint jus. Entrees are paired with family-style Thanksgiving sides, including Traditional Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Honey-Glazed Carrots and Roasted Brussels Sprouts with bacon.
