From Private “I Do” to Ballroom Celebration
We love bringing each couple’s vision to life, and Danielle and Michael’s wedding was a beautiful reflection of just that. Their day began with an intimate ceremony, creating a meaningful and personal moment to exchange vows surrounded by their closest loved ones.
Following the ceremony, the celebration expanded as they joined the rest of their guests for a lively reception in the Grand Ballroom. The transition from a quiet, heartfelt ceremony to a full-scale celebration made their wedding feel both deeply personal and joyfully grand, a true statement of their love and the community surrounding them.
Danielle and Michael chose Normandy Farm as their wedding venue because they loved that they could do everything on-site and that their guests could stay at the hotel, creating a complete wedding weekend experience. They shared that this "made it so much easier to do everything in one. We also loved the barn look because that is what we were going for.”
When asked about their planning experience at Normandy Farm and how our team helped relieve any stress, they said the team “did AMAZING! It all started with our tour with Elizabeth [Wedding Sales Manager], to planning with Ashley [Event Coordinator] & working with Jeannette [Reservationist] for the guest rooms, to everyone in between. Alyson [Banquet Manger] & Joy [Banquet Captain] with help on the day were phenomenal & we cannot thank you all enough!”
Reminiscing on the day, Danielle shared that the space came together better than she could have imagined. While it was hard to pinpoint the details that felt most like them as a couple, one element that stood out was their memorial table and how the “placement of the puzzle pieces to our memorial table was amazing!”
Danielle and Michael shared that the feedback they often received from their guests was that “they all absolutely LOVED it! Best wedding ever!” One of the biggest standouts from the day was “how smoothly Joy & Alyson made the day go. Also, how the staff ensured that Michael & I were always taken care of & ate, & had a drink if we needed it!”
When asked what they would tell a friend considering Normandy Farm for their wedding, Danielle and Michael’s answer was simple: “I would say Normandy Farms makes the planning process easy. Explain what you see as your vision & Normandy Farms will make it happen!”
