We're diving headfirst into summer with the Pig Roast, Normandy Farm's Signature event. Enjoy smokehouse favorites and craft brews and wine. Philly’s own Victory Brewing Company will provide the perfect all-you-can-drink beer to pair with a succulent spit-roasted whole pig with a maple and brown sugar glaze.


Indulge in a build-your-own burger bar, garlic marinated shrimp, bourbon BBQ pulled pork and baby back ribs, smoked sausage & kielbasa, and much more. Mix it up with old-fashioned sides like bacon baked beans, roasted potato wedges, corn on the cob, and seasonal slaws and salads.

What better way to celebrate summer than with a classic Clam Bake? This All-You-Can-Eat & Drink seafood & smokehouse buffet features bushels of steamed clams and mussels, soups, salads, and sides galore, and BBQ hot of the grills. Enjoy unlimited beer and wine while the energizing Lindsey McKay Duo serenades you as the sun sets.


Begin with our seafood stations stocked with steamed clams & mussels dripping in broth, garlic marinated and grilled shrimp, orange BBQ glazed salmon, and tropical cod skewers. Gulp deep bowls of classic bouillabaisse seafood stew, and devour baby back ribs, grilled sausage & kielbasa, and honey BBQ chicken and teriyaki glazed half chicken. Throw a few of our summer sides on that plate with everyone's favorite corn on the cob, baked beans, garlic & brown butter green beans, crispy cajun potatoes and a mile-long list of creative salads.

We're setting a new standard for chic al fresco events with trendy white attire, shoes, accessories, creative tablescapes, and fine dining... family-style. Now, you're invited to be a part of our very own white-out experience in the Grand Garden. Wear your white fashion and get ready to party! Enjoy dinner, drinks, and live music by Tim Williams Band all evening long...


The night begins with a prosecco welcome, cheese & charcuterie station, and butlered hors d' oeuvres from 6-6:30pm. Ketel One espresso martinis will be served on tap from our martini bar. Take a seat in the Grand Garden for a family-style dinner featuring Bone-In Ribeye Steak, Cedar Plank Salmon, Whole Rotisserie Chicken and sides including Roasted Purple Potatoes, Creamed Spinach, and Roasted Baby Bell Peppers. Argentina-style red and white wine will be poured table-side with dinner. For dessert, our pastry chef will be serving Vanilla Bean Goats Milk Panna Cotta with Fresh Berries, White Chocolate Fudge, and White Chocolate Truffles. It's time to get cracking! Leave the crabby people at home as we celebrate the summer season with an evening full of—well, crabs. Tear into platters of Maryland hard shell crabs and enjoy hearty bowls of scallop and tomato bisque while downing some of Workhorse Brewing Company's seasonal brews.

Did we mention unlimited crabs? Bottomless wine pours and endless brews? Did we tell you about the incredible buffet of crab cakes, garlic and herb marinated shrimp, chimichurri grilled chicken, baby back ribs, pulled pork sliders, roasted red pepper pesto grilled chicken, soup, salads, and sides?
