As the culinary journey progresses, choose from an array of vibrant salads to refresh your palate:

Shaved Cabbage & Radicchio featuring frisée, candied pistachios, dried cranberries, poached pears, and a sweet onion vinaigrette, this salad is a symphony of textures and flavors.

The options continue with tantalizing choices such as Braised Lamb Shank, Pan-Seared Dayboat Scallops, Wild Mushroom House-Made Gnocchi, Pressed Tofu, Ahi Tuna Steak, and Stuffed Chicken Roulade – each dish a masterpiece in its own right.
