The expansive buffet includes over fifty dishes; all farm to table, all made from scratch. We’re never afraid to talk Rosted Turkey…. or Prime Rib with horseradish sauce, Pesto & Pistachio Crusted Salmon, Cherry Pineapple Glazed Ham, Nordic Red Fish, and Cranberry Chicken. Normandy Farm incorporates seasonal ingredients in their soups and salads including Pumpkin Bisque, Shaved Brussels Sprouts, and Autumn Salad. Vegetarians and vegans can feast on hot sides including Candied Yams, Green Beans, and Roasted Cauliflower, and Baked Ziti to name a few. Taste Chef Sam’s five flavors of holiday pies, mini French Pastries, Cupcakes, and S'mores Bar, while coating your favorite fruit under a fountain of warm milk chocolate.
