True love never goes out of style, and while love is always in the air in the farmer’s daughter restaurant at Normandy Farm, we make Valentine's weekend extra special and added a few new surprises this year to get the heart racing. So whether it's a first-time date or a celebration of your everlasting love, you can count on us to provide the perfect ambience to keep that passion alive.
Beginning on Wednesday, February 14, and running through Sunday, February 18, we’re offering a three-course prix fixe amour-inspired menu in addition to our award-winning full a la carte menu.
Scrumptious Appetizers—Nibble on grilled asparagus & lump crab drizzled with hollandaise or taste Hamachi sashimi with mizuna and a kick of chili oil Exquisite Entrées—Sweethearts will savor tender chateau briand cooked medium rare to perfection accompanied by roasted winter vegetables, confit potatoes and a port wine bordelaise. Or select the lavender sous vide New Jersey duck breast with creamy turnip puree and kumquat gastrique. For the vegetarian, pan seared red snapper with toasted spicy cous cous, fennel lemon puree.
Decadent Dessert—Executive pastry chef Sam Nahhas’ Valentine's Sweet Heart cake is sure to make you fall in love all over again. Break through the crunchy white chocolate berry crust, and let your teeth sink into layers of chocolate cremeux, red velvet beet cake, and strawberry gelee. This star creation is glazed with a shiny red raspberry glaze and must be seen (and devoured) to be believed.

Berry Much In Love—A playful twist with raspberry vodka and bubbly brut champagne with a fun splash of cranberry juice and sour mix, garnished with a lemon twist
Kentucky Kiss—Oh so smooth and sultry with small batch bourbon whiskey, maple syrup, fresh squeezed lemon juice and strawberry syrup, served on the rocks with club soda
