Hello! Welcome to Normandy Farm Hotel. We are so excited to have your farmily share an experience with our family! Below are a few Frequently Asked Questions about the Reservations, Rooms, Shuttle & Breakfast!

Hotel FAQ

 

  • Does the hotel provide WiFi? – yes, Free wifi throughout the hotel, conference center, ballrooms, restaurant and guest houses.
     

  • Do you have a fitness center? – yes, Open 24 hours with hotel key access
     

  • Do you have a business center? – yes, Open 24 hours
     

  • Do you have a swimming pool? – yes, Open 7AM – 11PM with hotel key access
     

  • Do you have free on-site parking? - yes
     

  • Do you offer dry cleaning services? – yes, next day service. Must be brought to the front desk by 8:30AM to receive the next day.
     

  • Do you offer an in-room safe for guests? - yes
     

  • Do you have a Restaurant on site? Room service? Bar? – yes. The farmer’s daughter restaurant & bar. Room service available during dinner only.
     

  • Is breakfast included for the guests who stay at Normandy Farm? A complimentary Hot Buffet Breakfast is available for guests staying at the hotel, Monday – Saturday. Complimentary Grab & Go breakfast is available on Sundays in the business center. Monday – Friday Hours: 6:30AM - 9:00AM. Saturday Hours: 7:30AM - 10:00AM. Sunday Grab & Go: 7:30AM - 10:00AM.
    The Farmer’s Daughter Sunday Brunch is not included; reservations required, 9:30AM-1:30PM. $32.95/per person.
     

  • What is the difference between a standard room and a suite?
    We have 141 beautifully appointed hotel rooms, including 28 Historic Cottage Suites
    The Manor House & Carriage House are newly renovated as of March 2019 with modern amenities
    Interior Standard Rooms: consists of Kings, Double Queens, Handicap Accessible Singles, Bridal Suites  
    Exterior Cottage Suites: Our 4 cottages consist of King Suites, and few suites have Double Queens.
     

  • Are you pet-friendly? - no
     

  • What is there to do near the hotel? – local shopping & restaurants such as Skippack Village, Montgomery Mall & Plymouth Meeting Mall
     

  • What are the check-in/check-out times? – 3:00PM check-in & 11:00AM check-out
     

  • Do you have transportation to/from airport? - no
     

  • Are you handicap accessible? - yes
     

  • What is the cancellation policy? – 7 days prior to arrival for all wedding & social room blocks, 6:00PM day of arrival for transient reservations
     

  • Is breakfast included? – yes. Mon-Sat hot buffet breakfast, Sun Grab & Go only

 

  • What products are used in the hotel rooms?MLK brand toiletries
     

  • How can I reserve the shuttle for my guests?
    Our shuttle holds 14 passengers, 1 driver, and travels within an 8-mile radius.
    All shuttle requests are based on availability.
