Donation Program
Normandy Farm
Thank you so much for thinking of Hansen Properties Inc., and for taking the time to contact us about your upcoming charity event.
We are committed to leveraging our venues to support the community surrounding us, as well as others in the community who share that goal. We invite charitable organizations to view these landmarks as your home away from home, and have several
fundraising programs designed to support you at every stage of growth.
As you can imagine, we receive hundreds of requests for donations each year. While our hearts would like to contribute to them
all, we have established the following guidelines in order to ensure an efficient process:

For 2016-2017, we are limiting our focus to charitable endeavors that directly support children, cancer research,·
homelessness, and providing food for the needy

We will support donation requests received 60 days or greater prior to the event date.

All requests must include a typed donation letter stating who/what the donation will be benefiting, where the function will
be held, the date the function will be held, and the organization’s lead organizer’s contact information.

The items that may potentially be provided for your event are as follows:
1. Foursome of Golf at Blue Bell CC (Valued at $400.00), subject to contain conditions
- Event must have an expected attendance of 200+ people
- Event must take place within 12 miles of our corporate office.
- Event must target a demographic consistent with our current golf membership.
- Event must be in line with our 2016-2017 initiatives.
2. Romance Package (Valued at $300.00)
- Event must have an expected attendance of 200+ people
- Event must take place greater than 12 miles from our corporate office.
- Event must target a demographic consistent with our current hotel customer base.
- Event must be in line with our 2016-2017 initiatives.
3. Gift Card
- Event must take place within 10 miles of our corporate office.
- Event must be in line with our 2016-2017 initiatives.

Donation Requests must support a not for profit organization, and may not be for the benefit of corporations, political or
religious initiatives, individuals, or specific families.

Donee must provide acknowledgement of receipt of the gift in writing that meets the criteria published by the IRS.

We support organizations that do not in any way pose a conflict with the goals, programs, products or employees of
Hansen Properties Inc.

At one point Blue Bell Country Club and Normandy Farm sat on one family’s farm land. The spirit that existed then still connects those properties today. Much like the original farmer’s banded together with others in the community to support and serve one another, we are going to continue that tradition today with our surrounding communities. Our goal is 20,000 hours of community service and volunteer work. Help us reach our goal! Saturday July 30th: Run for the Hill of It. Benefitting Montgomery Child Advocacy. 7am-11Am. Fairmount Park, Philadelphia.
August 4th: Movie Night- Benefitting Variety Children’s Club. 7pm-10pm. Worcester, PA.
August 14th: Shirley’s Run & Dog Walk – Benefitting Shirley Schriftman Fund for Animals. 7am-10:30am. Maple Glen, PA.
August 25th: General Volunteering Day – Benefitting Mitzvah Circle Foundation. 9am-12pm. Harleysville, PA.
