Our entire staff takes great pride in making our bride and groom's day the best day of their lives. Normandy Farm and Confernece Center is the ONLY venue in the entire Delaware Valley to receive this prestigous award in BOTH 2007 and 2008!

Fox Philadelphia recently launched a major electronic campaign recognizing only the top rated businesses in various fields. Normandy Farm Hotel & Conference Center finished in 2nd Place among 30+ nominees in the category of WEDDING VENUE.

Dear Ray,
Jonathan and I had our wedding reception with you on October 24, 2009 in the Silos Ballroom. I cannot even begin to express my gratitude to you and your staff for exceeding all of our expectations. From the first time we toured your beautiful ballrooms we were treated excellently. Alecia Stephens, our sales person, was so helpful in providing us for information for all rooms, brunches, and hotel accomodations. It made it so easy to realize that Normandy Farm was the absolute perfect place to have our reception. In the last year we have had the privilege of working with your elite staff. Dana Henderson was a complete joy to work with. She was prompt with every response, assisted in planning and details, and even made sure to visit with us on the night of our wedding, even though she had been working all day at another event at Blue Bell Country Club. The fact that she went out of her way to see us speaks volumes for her unceasing dedication to her job, as well as us. Melissa Keen is also a great asset to your staff. Her personal phone calls and emails just checking in showed that she was truly invested in our event as much as we were. She also made sure to stop in our reception, despite working at the other reception in the Grand Ballroom. Both Dana and Melissa made us feel more like old friends, not just clients.
Omar and Lisa could not have been more helpful at the reception. Their constant attention put us at ease, as we knew that there was not one thing for us to worry about, that they had everything under control. They made sure that we enjoyed ourselves and did nothing else but that. Omar even assisted us when it came time to cut the cake...he made sure no one ended up with cake smashed in their faces (a small worry of mine :) ) Lisa was phenomenal and stayed with us till the very end of the night, seeing to it that we got to our room with all of our belongings after having a wonderful time.
Andrew DiPasquale and his team did an exquisite job with the floral decor, above and beyond our imagination. The soft candle light, the uplighting, and the gorgeous arrangements in both the prefunction room and the ballroom only enhanced the elegance of the room itself. It truly was a stunning setting for an unbelievable party.
We must thank your wonderful wait staff and kitchen staff. The food was decadent and delicious and had all of the guests raving. Jonathan and I were able to order one of each entree and share with each other, which allowed us both to enjoy a fantastic meal. The soup was a perfect fit for a rainy evening, the hors d'oeuvres were plentiful and delicious, and the cake, besides being so beautiful, was fantastic!
The outstanding service only continued to the next morning when we had our brunch in the Capitol Room. The room was outfitting with centerpieces from the reception, and of course, Omar's smiling face, making sure that everything went well, truly from start to finish!
You should be proud of the amazing team you have put together, as our wedding exceeded every one of our expectations. We cannot thank you enough for all of the hard work, time, dedication, care, and love you poured in to our event. Please know that it did not go unnoticed and we are so grateful you were able to be a part of our wedding day. From the bottom of our hearts we thank you. We hope to see you all around when we are in Coleman's for brunch or dinner!

Thank you to everyone who helped make our wedding day absolutely perfect!
Melissa did a wonderful job of coordinating the event and helping it run seamlessly! Our server, Brittany, was very attentive and always immediately available. The food was absolutely amazing, especially the hors devours. Andrew did a spectacular job with our flowers. I can't even put into words how amazing our event was! We would also again like to thank Jared, who helped me and my bridesmaids get from the Manor House to the ballroom in the pouring rain. He went above and beyond helping us to get us there perfectly dry.
We will absolutely recommend your venue to anyone we know who is getting married. Thank you for helping our wedding be a dream come true!

Dear Ray:
I just wanted to write and thank you for everything you did for us the weeks leading up to our wedding and July 4th! Everything was perfect the day of our wedding and ran so smoothly, which can be attributed to you and your team. The food was outstanding and the chocolate fountain was a big hit with all of my little cousins. All of our guests kept telling us how wonderful the staff at Normandy was to work with, especially when it came to helping us with the beer. Thank you again for letting us serve that at the wedding, that meant so much to us!
Everyone at Normandy was friendly and willing to help in any way possible, but I would especially like to thank Matt and Ursula, who helped out tremendously the night of the wedding. Would you be able to send me their last names?

Dear Dolly, Andrew, Patrice, Omar and Ursula:
We cannot thank you enough for making our June 5th wedding so memorable! Your entire staff was professional and tended to our every need.
From the moment we chose Normandy Farm it was stress free and I knew we were in good hands. Dolly's guidance was so helpful in the beginning. And, as we approached our big day Patrice and Omar took care of all the details. Everyone was such a pleasure to deal with.
Our flowers were amazing and Andrew has the patience of a saint! Even though our outdoor ceremony was rained-out, he transformed the Silos Ballroom into a beautiful setting. From the arbor to the aisle décor, the room was amazing considering it was our Plan B. Our bouquets and table arrangements were gorgeous and the head table made quite a statement when you entered the Grand Ballroom. It was spectacular!
Omar did such a great job and he was right… everyone made me feel like a queen! He coordinated it all so I could enjoy every moment. And, Ursula was kind enough to make sure I had everything I needed including a glass of champagne at all times! She was wonderful and a pleasure to have by my side.
We had many guests comment on our day being one of the most beautiful weddings they had ever attended. Everyone raved about the food, service and the overall beauty of Normandy Farm. We feel the Grand Ballroom is the most elegant reception venue in our area and the service is second to none.
You truly made our wedding day more than we could have ever hoped for and we send our sincere thanks!

Dear Patrice:
Now that I'm back home and back to my daily routine, with the wedding/reception behind me, I wanted to send this email to thank you and your staff for an absolutely beautiful wedding and reception. Everyone at Normandy Farm was such a class act with such perfect attention to detail. The horrific downpour right before the wedding didn't even put a "damper" on the beautiful set-up inside and as far as we are both concerned, it was just as beautiful and meaningful to us as if it were outside, as planned.
We had a mix of guests - from friends, to family, to work associates - and everyone we spoke with afterward commented on how beautiful the place was, how great the reception ran, and how delicious the food was - and everyone had a great time. I am not the "party planner" type and I left this all in your hands -- and it could not have gone any better.
We will have wonderful memories of our wedding and reception because of you and your staff. We just wanted to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Please also thank Ursula for me. She catered to my every need and was so helpful during the entire evening. I couldn't have functioned without her. She is such a nice woman.
We will be sure to recommend Normandy Farm to our friends and associates, should the need arise. Once again, thank you for making this a beautiful experience for the both of us.

There was not one thing or one member of your staff that didn't do a great job. They were fast and very professional. I did not hear one negative comment from any of my quests

Hi Gary: Just want to let you know that Brigitte and Matt's wedding on Saturday was spectacular. Everything was wonderfully coordinated thanks to Jose and his staff. It went off without a hitch. The staff was very attentive to all of us throughout the evening. And the ballroom looked fantastic. Andrew did a wonderful job with the flowers, chair covers and table linens. We were so pleased. Perfection in every detail must be your motto and everyone on your staff shares the same purpose. So many of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever attended! The food was incredible, the rooms were gorgeous, but it was all in the little detailes and the gratiousness of the staff that made it all so perfect and beautiful.

Dear Mr. Beisel: It is not often enough that you get the "Great" e-mails one wants to receive, but probably too often when you get the e-mails that you don't want to receive on the food, service and quality of everything that makes a wedding day so "Special." This will be one of those e-mails that I hope you continue to receive and acknowledge.
My daughter got married last Friday and we had the reception at Normandy Farms in the Grand Ballroom. It one short sentence..."It Was Grand!" There was so much attention to the details of the reception , that actually really makes the difference in the whole wedding process. We only had 90 days to get the wedding together due to my daughter, Devin's fiance', Victor, coming from Scotland on a Fiance' Visa. Your staff was wonderful in every way. In particular, Gary Bolotin, & Patrice DePasquale, were amazing in how they handled the last minute changes and coordination of all the attending services. In addition, Matt McDonald & Matt Loux were extraordinary in giving Vicor & Devin the best day of their lives. Even the Polish lady, I believe her name was Ursula, who helped the bridal party and reception was so accommodating. This was amazing since Victor is of Polish descent and felt so comfortable with her help and language skills. We had a numerous amount of out-of-town guests from Europe and across the country and they were also very pleased with the accommodations and service. These people should really be commended for how professional, knowledgeable and attending they each were to my family & guests of the wedding. I constantly go to "Black Tie" affairs in Philadelphia and New York due my business in Private Banking for a local financial institution and I must say that your staff at Normandy Farms can match or exceed any Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton , or Rittenhouse staff any day. I want to sincerely "Thank You!" for the wonderful service and accommodations given to us. Most of the people attending the wedding never visited Normandy Farms and now cannot wait to go back for events or dinner in the future.
Please let these staff members know how appreciative we are and I am sure your organization will be getting allot of repeat business from my friends and family in the months & years to come when we refer you to them for both business and special occasions.

Gary: I just want to let you know the the wedding for my daughter on December 27th was beyond words. Everything was excellent, the food, the beverages, the desserts, the atmosphere and most importantly, the service.
I would like to thank and commend the Captains, Matthew Greene and Matt Loux for the excellent service and leadership for the event. I would also like to thank and commend the Houseman, Justin, Tim and Julius for the excellent service. I would like to single out Ursula, the Bridal Attendant, as she did an excellent job and was very accomodating. I want to thank the other servers, Karen, Courtney, Ali, Lindsey, Lindsay, Andriy and Natalia for the excellent service and professionalism. The bartenders, Bob, Gene and Rikki kept the drinks flowing and there was never a line of people waiting and I would like to commend them for the excellent service as well. Alyssa, the coat attendant did a great job as well. The breakfast buffet the following morning again exceeeded our expectations and I would like to thank Omar, the Captain and his team of Justin, Ali, Lindsey and Lindsay for their great service especially after they just finished serving the wedding the night before. Please pass on my heartfelt thanks to all those mentioned above as I will highly recommend Normandy Farms to anyone having an event as the service, professionalism and food was beyond our wildest expectations. Last but not least, thank you for the wonderful and professional job you did as if it wasn't for you, our daughter's wedding would not have been the magnificant event it was.
