Dear Ms. Burke,
I am Rebecca's mother and wanted to express my sincere appreciation to you and all Normandy Farm's staff for all the time and effort they put into making our day such a success.
All of your staff from the front desk personnel to house keeping went above and beyond to make sure all aspects were carried out to our liking and in making our guests comfortable. I cannot say enough about how relaxing and enjoyable you made our weekend. I am disabled and your facilities were more than accommodating and comfortable to me and your staff could not do enough to make sure I was comfortable.
All our guests were so impressed with how smoothly our event was orchestrated and how beautiful every aspect of your premises were to compliment Becky and Bill's personalities.
I thank Dana, especially, as Becky's Wedding Coordinator. She took care of every detail of the day and did not forget one detail we felt so important to us all. We had no worries with her at the helm.
I wish you all well in continued success and know any bride that puts her wedding in your hands will be comforted to know you will go all out to make her day special.

My rating for everything would be a 5 out of 5 - excellent room, food and service.
I want to especially thank the wedding team headed by Omar for a wonderful job. The lady who was in our suite taking care of any request (I had here name written down but lost the paper) did an excellent job. She not only answered any question, she also was one step ahead in most if not all cases. The entire team should be commended.

Dear Normandy Farm:
I feel I really need to compliment Normandy Farm and some individuals specifically and I plan on sending a more detailed accounting when I have the time.
Dana Henderson was particularly amazing in the entire process. Not only did she get back to me quickly with answers and alternatives if necessary, but she pointed out very specific things I was missing, including ones specific to the wedding (being it was a Jewish wedding.) I really cannot say enough about her. She was a pleasure to work with and a main reason I will be recommending Normandy Farm to my friends.
Omar and Ursula were also fantastic. Omar was patient, knew what was going on and went above and beyond to make the day special. The entire staff was wonderful and we had an awesome wedding.

Hi Dana!
I just wanted to shoot you a message to thank all the folks at Normandy Farm for a wonderful day on Saturday the 20th (we had our reception in the Grand Ballroom). Everyone working with us was great, including Ursula, Matt, Karen and yourself. Ursula was wonderful, from getting all our food and drink, to having safety pins ready at the drop of a hat and being down on the floor to fix my bustle with my bridesmaids.
I hope we are all tied up on your end, if not please let me know. And again, we had an awesome wedding experience thanks to everybody's hard work. If you could extend our thanks to everyone, that would be great!

Dear Eileen and Normandy Farm Employees:
I would be remiss if I didn’t jot a quick note while still on Cloud 9 in regard to our daughter’s wedding on Saturday.
Normandy Farm was the first and only venue we looked at. On that day, Andrew from NF Floral Design was working his flower magic preparing for a wedding and immediately took the time to spend with us showing us around. We were sold. Two days after their engagement in June 2010, Lindsay and Brian had their venue. The journey began.
Our thanks to all the fine employees at NF. Melissa Keen helped every step of the way patiently answering my questions and guiding us along. When the day arrived, everything unfolded into the most amazing ceremony and reception.
A big thank you to Matt Loux, our banquet captain for everything Saturday as well as making sure all went well at our brunch on Sunday. He understood Lindsay and Brian’s strong desire to be married in the garden and luckily, it worked out as we dodged rain drops enroute into the cocktail hour.
Our flowers were exceptionally beautiful and we are still enjoying their lovely scent. Thanks to those involved with transferring them to the Franklinville Room for the next morning.
The servers were very attentive, smiling as they worked and served hot, delicious meals to us all. It’s most amazing how it all works and comes together when you have so much going on including another wedding. Many people commented on that and wondered how you can serve that many filets all cooked to perfection. Your experience shows. Over the past year, when we answered where our daughter’s wedding would be, we got positive, glowing comments from others who had attended events at NF. That was very encouraging.
Also, we were happy with our rooms in the Manor House. We, along with our guests who stayed overnight appreciate the cleanliness and comfortable accommodations. I want to also just mention the young man who offered to get a wicker basket, load our extra soft pretzels into it and deliver it to the bar area Saturday night so that others could enjoy a treat and they wouldn’t go to waste. Just another example of the attitudes we experienced at NF.

Dear Dana,
We had such a fantastic wedding last night. We just wanted to praise Ursula and Omar in the HIGHEST manner, because they were unbelievable. Ursula was available at every minute and more helpful and friendly than anyone I've ever met. Omar was on top of all the arrangements and organization of the timing of events. There were no mistakes and everything was perfect. Please forward my praise of Ursula and Omar to whomever most needs to hear how wonderful they are!!
Also, I wanted to thank you, Dana, for all of your help this past year. You made the event so stree-free and easy to handle. I really appreciate your patience as I asked you a million questions. Thank you so much for everything!!

Good morning!
I apologize for sending this email later than I had hoped but nonetheless I wanted to make sure I thanked you and Normandy Farm's staff. I'm not sure how June came so fast but...on September 18, 2010, my husband, John and I got married in the Silos Ballroom and it was amazing! From the wait staff to the flowers to Rich giving us updates at the head table of the Phillies game...we could not have asked for more! Over the past few months our families have continued to comment on how perfect our wedding was. John and I know that was largely in part to your team's efforts. Everyone had fun and the Silos Ballroom was the perfect setting with the perfect team!
We are grateful to everyone and will always have a special place for Normandy Farm! Thank you for the memories we will treasure!

Oh my God! I do not even know where to begin. You were amazing throughout the entire process and then the wedding went off perfectly!! I cannot thank you enough for always being so responsive and accommodating. I know we had a ton of questions and requests and changes and you were always more than able to go with the flow and check into everything for us. The room was gorgeous, the staff was helpful but not intrusive and it was everything we could have asked for! Thank you so much for taking the holiday decorations in the main lobby down. I don't know what else to say, but our wedding was perfect and we owe a lot of that to you so thank you a million times over!!!!
