Enjoy dinner and a show! Spend a delightful evening with friends sipping fine wine, sampling hors d'oeuvres and enjoying a 4-5 course meal - all while learning to cook from nationally-renowned celebrity chef, Jim Coleman, and his immensely talented culinary team. Chef Coleman puts his trademark flavors and creative spins on favorite dishes from his 8,000-strong collection of cookbooks, including three written by the chef himself!
Social & Interactive
Each class is held in the Silos Ballroom at Normandy Farm, where new episodes of Chef Coleman's show "Flavors of America" are scheduled to be filmed. Classroom setup is designed to be social, interactive and fun. A selection of wines and hors d'oeuvres are served complimentary throughout the 2-hour class, as well as full portions of the evening's dishes. The evening is designed to be a social and interactive learning experience, so questions are welcome and note-taking is encouraged!
