Each class is held in the Silos Ballroom at Normandy Farm. Classroom setup is designed to be social, interactive and fun. A selection of wines and hors d'oeuvres are served complimentary throughout the 2-hour class, as well as full portions of the evening's dishes. The evening is designed to be a social and interactive learning experience, so questions are welcome and note-taking is encouraged!
