Good morning Melissa,
I was so glad to see you yesterday - I really feel at home there...
I understand from the folks on the floral team that this was a first that they did this type of team building event. They did a phenomenal job and we had a ball. We were all pleasantly surprised at how good we were (at least in our own eyes). Andrew and his team were very encouraging and positive, not to mention PATIENT! Everyone loved the lunch and the team building and we are going to do our very best to get out there again. I'd like to see us do something like this during the holidays for the gals. I will stay in touch and believe me, will be there again as soon as I can figure out how.... ;o). We loved being in that private room, and Andrew is a great waiter. Like I said, I think I am one of your best commercials!

Randy,
I just wanted to recognize Melissa and Nicole for their help arranging and overseeing our meeting. Both were readily available, always pleasant and ready to assist with anything I needed. Tom was very helpful with our IT needs and checked in with us several times during the course of our meeting. Randy also was "always there". The team building culinary event was lots of fun and accomplished the camaraderie we were hoping to build with a newly organized team. John and his staff made the event a lot of fun and Chef Coleman dropping by was the icing on the cake. I am sorry to say I can't remember the gentleman's name who watched over us in the kitchen - I want to say Ray - but not sure - there were so many new faces I can't remember all. Everyone made us all feel welcomed and we want to make sure our sentiments are expressed. Thanks you again, everyone! Hope to see you in the future. As an aside….the address I'm showing here is only the billing address. I work out of my home and want to supply you with that address and phone number.

I just wanted to inform you that our Merck & Co. Fall Sales & Marketing Meeting at Normandy Farm went exceptionally well. In particular, your Information Technology Director, Tommy McCoy was extremely helpful during both the pre meeting planning and execution of the meeting as our event ran efficiently and smoothly. Whatever was needed in order to conduct a successful meeting - Tom took the time to understand and deliver - always with a smile. I truly appreciate the extra effort he showed to me and my team.
Tom, Nicole Ferrari, and Randy Geistwite were all very accomodating and made sure our event was handled professionally.
In summary, Tom took the time to get to know the senior leaders of the group and made sure they had what they needed at all times. Many of the members of the group commented to me that he also spoke to them by name. It was obvious to all what a great asset Tom McCoy is to Normandy Farm.

Last Friday was tremendous! Your staff couldn't have been more helpful and cooperative - and the food was spectacular! Enough diet soda to float a barge - who could ask for more?
And when they brought out the hot funnel cakes - some of our people just went wild (squealing and cheering was heard). Wow!

Dear Normandy Farm:
I just had to send an email to congratulate you two on a job well done. Our
region meeting was OUTSTANDING.....FABULOUS! The evaluation sheets everyone
filled out confirmed it. Everyone loved the facility and how quaint and quiet it was, not like a large hotel where we all get lost. The availability to eat outside and take breaks in the sunshine was a big hit. The food was wonderful. Lots of selections and everything was always
delicious.
The team building event was AWESOME! Everyone really got into cooking and
grilling and we were all surprised that it was so delicious afterwards. The
chefs were great, they supervised, but let us do everything. Lots of beer
and wine......could not have been better.
Everyone also commented on how accommodating the staff was in all aspects of
the meeting. There was always someone there if we needed something or had a
question. Tommy was always right there when we needed him. Everything went
as planned.
Please copy your supervisors. I don't know their names but I want them to
know what a great job everyone did.

I would like to send this message of thanks regarding a conference I attended last night. I spoke at an ISPE event on the evening of Tuesday March 14. I traveled in from the Detroit area and was very pleased to find that the facility is a special venue with a world of character. The event itself was nicely done, and you deserve a word of thanks. The staff was helpful, friendly, and professional.
I would also like to give a special word of thanks to two individuals who were extremely helpful at the end of the evening. We experienced some car trouble while leaving the facility, and your people went well out of their way to assist us. I did not catch their names but feel this type of action should not go unnoticed.
