Dear Erin,
I wanted to give you some good news! Everyone really enjoyed the dinner last night including my VIP from sanofi pasteur and Dan Perlman our president. During their remarks they said that it was a great change from the usual place and that they preferred to have the dinners at Normandy Farms. The sanofi VIP also noted that the location was easier for him to reach from Swiftwater. Glynis has also really enjoyed her stay and accommodations.
Finally, I have had universally positive comments regarding the facility and the rooms from the group being trained. They have commented on the quality of the rooms, your grounds, the fitness center, customer service and of course the food are excellent. They have arrived here everyday in a comfortable state, relaxed and ready for training.
Thank you again for everything you have done to accommodate our group and to be flexible in planning this event and coordinating our shuttles. You really went above and beyond.

Good morning Melissa,
I was so glad to see you yesterday - I really feel at home there...
I understand from the folks on the floral team that this was a first that they did this type of team building event. They did a phenomenal job and we had a ball. We were all pleasantly surprised at how good we were (at least in our own eyes). Andrew and his team were very encouraging and positive, not to mention PATIENT! Everyone loved the lunch and the team building and we are going to do our very best to get out there again. I'd like to see us do something like this during the holidays for the gals. I will stay in touch and believe me, will be there again as soon as I can figure out how.... ;o). We loved being in that private room, and Andrew is a great waiter. Like I said, I think I am one of your best commercials!
