Hansen Properties, Inc., Begins Construction on 20 New Guest Suites
at Normandy Farm Hotel and Conference Center
New suites will offer the area’s finest in amenities and service
Nov. 8 (BLUE BELL, Pa.) – Adding even more allure to the property’s historic charm, Hansen Properties, Inc., has begun construction on 20 new guest suites at Normandy Farm Hotel and Conference Center.
The elegant new guest suites will be located in two separate buildings within the storied white walls of the facility. The Carriage House will feature nine new suites and the Manor House will feature 11 new suites. The suites will add an extra 15,000 square feet to the historic property. Some of the different amenities featured in these new suites include relaxing Jacuzzis, spacious sitting rooms and plush king and queen-sized beds.
“With the renovation and completion of the Manor and Carriage houses, we will be able to offer guests a hotel experience like no other in the area,” says Bud Hansen, III, chief operating officer of Hansen Properties, Inc. “These suites will be the best in terms of amenities, elegance and comfort, and will really set a new standard of hotel excellence.”
The expected date of completion for the suites is Feb. 15, 2008. When opened, the Manor and Carriage houses will join the already-opened East and West Gate Houses, which have housed eight spacious guest suites since 2006. Together, the houses will offer the ideal hotel experience for bridal parties, business executives, or couples looking to share a special weekend together.
