Group Classes
The Normandy Farm Cooking School makes special accommodations for large groups, corporate events, charities and fundraisers. Unique class themes may be selected and classes may be held any day or evening during the week.

If you have special needs or require reservations on alternate days or evenings (other than our weekly, Tuesday evening classes), please let us know - Chef Coleman will be happy to design a custom class for you and your guests.

Team Building Classes
Team Building cooking classes are a great way to have fun and build relationships within an organization. These completely "hands-on" instructional classes may be held anytime during the day or evening and are typically scheduled for three (3) hours.
 
How It Works
Groups are organized into teams of 4-6 people, depending upon the size of the group.

Each team is assigned a course, which they then prepare with the ingredients supplied by the kitchen. One team might be assigned the salad course, another the hors d'oeuvres course, one a dessert course and so on. The teams are assigned a chef who instructs them on how to prepare the dish.

After each team has prepared enough dishes for the entire class, the meals are prepared in our kitchen. During this time, the group mingles about snacking on hors d'oeuvres or relaxing with a drink.

As each dish is finished cooking, they are brought out from the kitchen and served to the group. The teams get to sample each other's dishes and vote on the winner!
